Operations Coordinator

Spark Golf is a network of 9-hole, social golf leagues organized to be casual and fun. We make it easy for co-ed players of all skill levels to play golf. We’re showing the world that life is better with golf, and golf is better when it lightens up. Our mission is to invite everyone, regardless of skill, to play a more social and relaxed version of golf in their local communities. And we believe we're succeeding in growing golf where many before have failed. Spark Golf was first played in 2018. Over the years, we've built the Spark app which automates all league operations including: registration, payment, handicaps, live scoring, player-to-player messaging and more. In 2022 more than 1,0200 courses will host Spark Golf across North America. Find a league and play Spark Golf at a course near you!

We're looking for a results-driven, remote sales & operations professional to help our team exceed goals. This key position's main responsibility will be to grow company revenue by delivering must-share customer experience. An excellent OC has high activity and can identify and solve problems quickly. The position requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to build relationships by consistently delivering value to our golf course partners and spark golfers.

Job Requirements:
  • Possess a clear understanding of company & individual key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals
  • Be an expert on all company products and services
  • Create new opportunities for the company by acquiring new golf course partners
  • Retain course partners and players by building long-lasting, value-driven relationships
  • Maintain the highest level of service by adhering to company service-level agreements
  • Ability to work weekends and/or evenings
  • Ability to work remotely

Desired Characteristics and Qualifications
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • A self-starter who can work independently as well as with a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing start-up environment
  • Proven track record of high daily activity and exceeding goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred
  • Golf industry experience is a plus but not required

Compensation
  • Base salary plus annual bonus
  • Equity Incentive Plan (EIP)
